Dina anatomi manusa, pigeulang leungeun aya sawatara définisi nu nyebutkeun yén pigeulang leungeun téh minangka (1) tulang karpus atawa tulang karpal, kumpulan dalapan tulang nu ngabentuk ségmén skeletal proksimal leungeun;[1][2] (2) sandi pigeulang leugeun atawa sandi radiokarpal, sambungan antara tulang radius jeung tulang karpus;[2] jeung (3) wewengkon anatomis di sabudeureun karpus kaasup bagéan distal tulang lengan handap jeung bagéan proksimal metacarpus atawa lima tulang metakarpal jeung rangkéyan pasandian di antara ieu tulang-tulang, nu disebut minangka pasendian pigeulang leungeun.[3][4] Ieu bagéan téh sok kaasup ogé torowongan karpal, kotak bako anatomis, gurat geulang, rétinakulum fléksor, dan rétinakulum éksténsor .
